Bring the spaces you sell to life.
Homes, offices, entire buildings: your clients explore them in 3D from a link, measure every room and know the running costs before they even visit.
This is what your clients see.
- Turn the model with a finger or the mouse.
- Turn on the ruler and tap two points to measure the distance.
- Open the estimate to see the running costs.
Everything a photo can't show.
True measurements, augmented reality and running costs, all in the same link.
Everything in one dashboard.
QR codes with your brand
Every property gets its own QR code, with the agency's logo at its centre. On a street board or in the window, it takes people straight into the model.
Heavy scans, light pages
Upload files up to 350 MB: Z Home optimises them in the browser before sending and shrinks them to a fraction of their original size. Your clients open the model in seconds, even on mobile data.
A catalogue organised the way your agency works
Folders and subfolders named the way you choose: by area, by agent, by listing status. Even with hundreds of properties, each one is seconds away.
Reliable measurements, professional reports
Every measurement taken in the model matches the real one. The PDF report brings together measurements, property details and the cost estimate, under your agency's brand.
Works wherever you already publish.
Every model has its own address to share anywhere: in portal listings, in chats, by email or through a printed QR code. No integration to install, nothing to request from the portals.

Frequently asked questions.
Our agents are not technical. Is Z Home easy to use?
Yes. Scanning means walking through the rooms with a phone, as if filming a video, and uploading means dragging in a file. Whoever already takes property photos at the agency is up and running within half an hour.
Which devices do we need for scanning?
Scanning requires an iPhone or iPad with a LiDAR sensor, meaning the Pro models from 2020 onwards. Viewing the result works on any recent smartphone, Android included.
Does Z Home only accept models created with your system?
No. Any GLB or USDZ file uploads as it is, whatever software or scanner it comes from. There is no proprietary format.
Does it work for a studio flat, or only for large properties?
Size does not change the process: a studio flat takes a few minutes to scan, a warehouse about half an hour. On small spaces the benefit is even greater, because those are the ones wide-angle photos distort the most.
Do 3D models slow down the listing page?
No. The model has its own address and loads only when someone opens it, so the portal page stays as fast as before. The model is compressed before publishing and opens in seconds even on mobile data.
Can I upload models created with Matterport or other scanners?
Yes, as long as they are exported as GLB or USDZ. They upload into the dashboard like any other file and work in exactly the same way from then on.
Are my data and my clients' data secure?
Scans and client records are hosted on servers in Switzerland. Traffic is encrypted with TLS, administrative access is restricted and backups run regularly. Each agency sees only its own properties.
What is the best Matterport alternative for real estate?
Z Home is the Matterport alternative built for real estate and architecture: LiDAR capture with an iPhone or iPad Pro, 3D tours and augmented reality in the browser with nothing to install, and built-in true measurements and energy cost estimates.
What is the difference between Z Home and Matterport?
With Z Home the client opens a link and sees the 3D model and augmented reality straight in the browser, with no app to install and no account to create. Scanning needs only an iPhone or iPad Pro with LiDAR, with no dedicated cameras. Z Home includes distance, area and volume measurement and an indicative energy cost estimate, and it accepts GLB and USDZ files exported from Matterport or other scanners. The full comparison is on the dedicated page.
Can a property be viewed in augmented reality without installing an app?
Yes. Z Home uses WebXR on Android and compatible headsets, and Apple Quick Look on iPhone and iPad, so augmented reality starts from the browser. The prospective buyer scans a QR code or opens a link and sees the property at 1:1 scale, with nothing to install and no sign-up.
How does the energy cost estimate work?
The estimate starts from the real volume derived from the 3D scan and the declared energy rating, and combines them with the reference prices of the property's market: ARERA for Italy and ElCom for Switzerland, in euros or Swiss francs. The result is an indicative monthly average of running costs, giving the prospective buyer an order of magnitude. It is not a certified energy assessment.
